Card Fraud Text Alerts
We proactively look out for unusual transactions on your credit and debit cards to stop fraud in its tracks. We’ll let you know as soon as we flag an unusual transaction by sending a text notification.
All Credit and Debit Card clients are automatically enrolled in this service.
- Text back “YES” if the transaction is valid. Your card will remain active, and no further action will be necessary.
- Text back “NO” if the transaction is fraud. We will put a block on your card to keep your account safe until you’re able to contact Card Services to review your recent transactions and order a new card.
